The NK-SCP allows the entire NK system to be controlled via the Geneos control system or an external RS-232 device.  Available in RS-232 (NK-SCP/A) and RS-485 (NK-SCP/K2) models.  Further configuration of both models and router configuration and partitioning requires the IPS.

The NK-SCP/A  model allows an RS-232 device, such as an automation system or computer terminal, to control NK routers using the EOS ASCII protocol.  Any combination of NK routers can be controlled with a maximum size of 255 inputs and 255 outputs with up to 8 levels.  The bi-directional protocol includes crosspoint status monitoring and crosspoint switching.  Crosspoint switching can be performed using individual levels or through the use of user-defined breakaway mapping.
