The Provideo DDA-204N dual eurocard serial digital distribution amplifier provides a broadcast quality, high density solution to the distribution of serial digital signals.  A fully populated frame of 12 DDA-204N accommodate 24 single input to four output distribution amplifiers.

The DDA-204N provides automatic cable equalisation, and typically up to 200 metres of high quality cable at 270 Mb/s can be equalised.  The DDA-204N is designed using the latest technology and accepts 143, 177, 270 and 360 Mb/s input data rates.

The DDA-204N is a dual non-reclocked serial distribution amplifier and is ideal where cable runs of up to 200 metres are required.  DC restoration ensures that jitter through the DDA-204N is kept to a minimum. Ideal for OB Vans where high density is required.

The DDA-204N is ideal for serial digital distribution where minimal system jitter is present.  If accumulated system jitter is present as would be found in signals being passed through two or three non-reclocked digital devices, the Provideo RDA-108N, RDA-106N and RDA-110N reclocking serial distribution amplifiers provide an excellent solution.

Two groups of four outputs are provided on the DDA-204N from two separate inputs.  Output levels can be adjusted between 600 mV and 1V peak-to-peak.

Precision bipolar integrated circuits are used. Line drivers capable of data rates of up to 400 Mb/s have been selected ensuring future proofing.
