The Provideo SDC-104N eurocard serial digital to YUV, RGB and composite video output decoder provides a broadcast quality solution to the distribution and monitoring of serial digital signals. The SDC-104N has two reclocked SDI outputs removing accumulated jitter that may be present at the serial input. High quality YUV and composite outputs are ensured by 10 bit internal encoding, which makes the SDC-104N suitable for broadcast and monitoring applications. Equalisation is automatic for up to 275 metres of high quality cable at 270 Mb/s. The SDC-104N is designed using the latest technology and accepts 270 Mb/s serial component digital data. The 270 Mb/s LED on the front panel indicates when 270 Mb/s data is being passed through the SDC-104N. Link selection of vertical interval pass through is standard. Two YUV or RGB outputs are available; a link selection enables either standard to be selected. Two composite video outputs enable monitoring of the serial digital signal. The SDC-104N has two reclocked SDI outputs removing accumulated jitter that may be present at the serial input. A colour bar test output to YUV, RGB and composite video outputs is selectable. This test signal is generated when a serial digital signal is present to the input and the test position is selected on the front panel.
