The Provideo SDC-302N eurocard triple serial digital to composite video output decoder provides a high density and broadcast quality solution to the monitoring of serial digital signals. The SDC-302N input is reclocked removing accumulated jitter that may be present at the serial input.

The SDC-302N is ideal in applications where a number of SDI feeds need to be monitored. The SDC-302N provides a very high density solution to monitoring as would be found in an outside broadcast application.

High quality composite outputs are ensured by 10 bit internal encoding, which makes the SDC-302N suitable for broadcast and monitoring applications. Two composite video outputs per channel enable monitoring of the serial digital signal.

Equalisation is automatic for up to 200 metres of high quality cable at 270 Mb/s. The SDC-302N is designed using the latest technology and accepts three 270 Mb/s per serial digital component signal.

Confirming LEDs to each channel indicates when the input serial digital signal is locked. Link selection of vertical interval pass-through is standard. Both 525 and 625 standards are supported.

A colour bar test output to the composite video outputs is selectable. This test signal is generated when a serial digital signal is present to the input and the test position is selected.
